Question: Where do you ship to?
Answer: All over the world, and yes this includes India!

Question: My order has not arrived yet, is everything okay? / How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Answer: Shipping can take anywhere between a couple of days and a month, it does not matter what country it is shipped to. If after 1 month your purchase has not been delivered yet, message me on the market you have bought from and I will address the issue. I know a month seems long, but we prefer safety over speed and dont want to rush anything, nor can we control the postal system.

Question: Can you guarantee delivery before X/within X days?
Answer: I am sorry, I can not make any hard guarantees as I dont want to make false promises.

Question: What is your success rate to my country?
Answer: I dont keep logs so I cant really give a good answer on that.

Can I split up my order in different packages?
Answer: If your request is reasonable, sure. I can split a 300 pack into 2x 150. I cant split a 100 pack in to 20x5 though.

Question: Can you check where my order is even if its not shipped with tracking information?
Answer: I am sorry friend, if its shipped untracked there is no tracking number available and I cant follow it in any way possible.

Question: Do you offer dead-drop delivery?
Answer: I can definitely arrange that for bulk/high quantity/high value orders. Contact me if you want to discuss this.


ADDRESS AND ENCRYPTION

Question: What should I pay attention to?
Answer: Avoid strange characters, write Bjorn in stead of Bjørn and Strabe in stead of Straße.
Answer: Write in English, Germany in stead of Deutschland and Athens in stead of Athena.
Answer: Do not write other things than your address, do not preface your address with "Name:" and "Street:" etc. or add "," to the end of address lines.

Question: How should I encrypt my address?
Answer: It is not required to manually encrypt your address, but if you do want to encrypt it make sure to use of a proper tool that does not use BCPG protocol.

Question: How do I know if I used BCPG?
Answer: In the pgp-message that gets encrypted, there is usually a header in the first line, such as "Version: BCPG v1.45". If that is the case you definitely know you used BCPG and that I might not be able to decrypt your address.

Question: Can I have my tracking number please?
Answer: Yes sure, mind you that it can take up to 2 weeks after I mark your order as shipped before I can give you the tracking. If you want the tracking give me your Order Number and Public PGP key. Without PGP key I cant send you your tracking.

Question: Why does it take so long before my tracking number is available or before my tracked package is shipped?
Answer: This is because most tracked pack shipping places have cameras hanging and its how quite some vendors got caught. I have a pretty delicate process of shipping tracked orders to make sure both YOU and me remain as safe as possible. Right now I cant offer a faster way to do this without compromising your and my own safety.

PAYMENT

Question: The amount I need to pay in your store does not match up with the amounts earlier showed to me?
Answer: Sometimes when you use different currencies there is an error where it doesnt show the right exchange rates. In all cases: The BTC/XMR amount you see at check out is the amount that I ask for my products.

Question: When will X product/local shipping from X country get back in stock?
Answer: I honestly cant tell you as I have no idea, best advice I have right now is check back frequently.

Question: What kind of ketamine do you have? R-isomer or S-isomer?
Answer: I sell both in my private store!

Question: I want to microdose LSD, how can I best do this?
Answer: Best method is the volumetric method. You can do this by submerging a full tab (or more tabs) into distilled water and taking small, measured quantities of the water to microdose. This process requires a couple of small measurements, but will give you a more accurate, consistent dose. To describe it briefly, all you need to do is drop a 100ug tab into 10ml of distilled water or alcohol. Leave it for a day or so, in the dark. Then, 1ml of the liquid will contain 10ug of LSD, and will provide you with a consistent microdose. You can store your liquid in the fridge and it should last for months.

Question: Can you do custom synths?
Answer: Bulk only. Forward me your request, if possible the recipe, the amount you want and the price you expect to pay for it and I will look into it.

Answer: If you want to higher quantities than listed or have a mutual beneficent offer, sure, send me a message.

Can you send me some products free/upfront?
Answer: No. I no longer send free product upfront, not even if you promise to buy a kilo every week or pay me double or want to become a reseller or whatever. My products are offered in all quantities for very very affordable prices. Work your way up from smaller listings to larger ones. Alternatively you can make use of my Good Karma Listings to receive free products in exchange for reviews.


ORDER INQUIRY/SUPPORT

Question: I have a question about my order on a market thats offline at the moment (for example: public markets that are ddos’ed, exitscammed or that are taken down by LE).
Answer: I cant offer support for orders placed on offline/hard to reach markets in any other place than the market itself. There is a reason I have a private store with cheaper prices. You are free to use the markets if you prefer escrow service, but thats at your own risk.

Question: I have a question about an order I made from you, where should I message you about this?
Answer: Message me on the platform you made the purchase, not on a different one. If its from my private store: reply in the order thread and dont create a different ticket for it.

Question: Can I add you on Wickr?
Answer: Right now, no. For question unrelated to an existing order please just send me a email.


REFUND & RESHIP POLICY

I ship to each and every country all over the world and I dont exclude people based on in which country they are born. However, it is possible for letters to be stolen or get lost, and this is more prevalent in some countries than in others. Therefore, I can offer either a (partial) reship, refund or balance return in the unfortunate case your letter did not arrive or was intercepted by customs. I would like to keep the expectations of our customers in mind and I notice that recently, the expectations are not met with the way I handled refunds/reships.

There are some countries for which unique criteria are established, based on our, and other vendors experience.

These are the unique criteria:

⇨ Orders to the EUROPEAN UNION*, UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA and UNITED STATES:
- 100% reship, 100% balance refund or 100% refund for every TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 80% reship or 70% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 75% reship, 65% balance refund or 40% refund for every TRACKED order that has been “stuck” for 4 weeks and is not delivered to the recipient.
- 80% reship or 70% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order for customers with at least 1 successful purchase of a similar value (magnitude of 3) of the lost order at my store.

⇨ Orders to INDIA, PAKISTAN and SRI LANKA:
- 75% reship or 60% balance refund for every TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 50% reship or 40% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 0% reship and 0% refund for every TRACKED order that is stuck but where no love letter has been received from!
- 0% reship and 0% refund for every NON-TRACKED order!
- 0% reship and 0% refund for every order that is received damaged (crushed, folded, dirty, wet, etc)!

⇨ Orders to countries in South America:
- 100% reship or 100% balance refund for every TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 80% reship or 70% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 0% reship and 0% refund for every TRACKED order that is stuck or expired but where no love letter has been received from.
- 0% reship and 0% refund for every NON-TRACKED order.

⇨ Orders to AUSTRALIA and New Zealand:
- 100% balance refund in case of a love letter.
- 90% reship and 80% refund in ALL other cases!

⇨ Orders from Switzerland, Austria and ELSEWHERE:
- 100% reship or 100% balance refund for every TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 80% reship or 70% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order in case of a love letter.
- 80% reship or 70% balance refund for every NON-TRACKED order for customers with at least 1 successful purchase of a similar value (magnitude of 3) of the lost order at my store.

⇨ Reships or refunds are not possible if:
- The customer provided an address thats not in the correct international format, incomplete, wrong or (partially) fake.
- The tracking shows as delivered and the customer claims nothing was delivered.
- The customer is unable to send pictures of the love letter received.
- The customer was not able to or did not collect the item from the post office after it arrived.
- The package was refused by the receiver/the postal service was unable to deliver the package.
- Its a special listing such as a promo or no-nonsense listing in which its clearly stated that no refunds/reships are given under any circumstance whatsoever.
- The customer is an asshole. I'm human too and try my best to get your stuff delivered and help you out, but if you start your message with “HELLO RESPOND NOW!!! WHY IS MY PACK NOT HERE ITS BEEN 3 DAYS SINCE SHIPMENT TO INDIA HELLO I NEED IT NOW RESPOND!!!!!! I PAY AND NOW YOU WORK FOR ME!!!” you can fuck right off back to Amazon.

It is highly recommended to use ONLY TRACKED MAIL to Asia, Africa, and South America. Tracked mail has a significantly higher rate of success with delivery in these regions.
